bees are insects who play a large role in the balance of our ecosystem. It has often been said that bees are responsible for 1 out of every 3 bites of food we eat.  These tiny bees work diligently, and we dig diligence.

pollination is the first and most important part of bees to the ecosystem.  Bees are selective about the pollen that they collect from flowers to take back to their hive. This pollen is used by them as a protein and the nectar is taken into use for energy!

Protein + Energy = Balanced Bee!

bee pollen rejuvenates your body! Consumption stimulates organs and glands and is an excellent source high in protein (40%).   Bee pollen’s ability to consistently increase energy levels makes it a favorite choice among many athletes and those interested in sustaining and enhancing quality performance. This buzzer contains nearly all of the known nutrients necessary for human survival!  We are all about human survival!

raw honey is obtained by beekeepers without heating the honey above 120°F.  we love heat, but the MIAMI kind ☺ Raw honey promotes digestive health and is a powerful antioxidant, strengthens the immune systems, eliminates allergies, and is an excellent remedy for skin wounds and infections! Raw honey can also calm nerves, stabilize blood pressure, and balance sugar levels.

propolis or “bee glue” contains as many as 300 active compounds,  rich in vitamins, minerals, anti-oxidant phytonutrients and flavonoids. Bees make propolis by gathering resin from pine and other cone-producing evergreen trees used to seal holes in the hive for protection from mice, snakes, and lizards, OH MY!   Sort of playing an architectural duty to the hive, the name propolis comes from the Greek meaning “defense of the city.”

royal jelly is reserved for consumption only by the QUEEN BEE!  However, since bees are such good workers, a single colony can store up to 500 grams of royal jelly over a 5-6month period. A queen couldn’t possibly consume that much, which is why a market developed for this nutrient supplement.

But what if I am allergic to bees?  It is always best to consult with your Dr. to discuss supplements of any form, but allergic reactions come from is the bee venom.  Products such as bee pollen, propolis, honey, and royal jelly do not carry the venom and are utilized in very small amounts!

Humans depend on bees to fertilize the plants and make them a food source.  Without bees, we would have reduced food sources.
