DELIVERIES

• FROZEN GOODS shipments go out Monday-Thursday, orders placed after 5pm cst Thursday evening will go out Monday.
• Frozen goods will arrive 2-3 days after being shipped, we give an extra day in case we need to make more fresh broth! We are BUSY BEE’S!
• We often ship FROZEN GOODS PRIORITY OVERNIGHT for our customers; however, shipping cost is much higher! Please text: PRIORITY OVERNIGHT BROTH NEEDED TO 309.427.0833 and we will calculate your shipping and take payment information over the phone!

DRY GOODS

Shipments go out Monday-Saturday and will arrive 2-7 business days once shipped.

We package frozen goods in an insulated shipping cooler box with enough gel packs to keep your frozen broth frozen! On occasion, our Certified Plant broth bags can get wounded in transit and our Worker Bees are diligent to hand craft + inspect each bag for delivery; however, it can happen! If you receive a punctured bag of broth: please snap a quick pic and email to our customer care team at [email protected].
