Can kids consume your juice + broth?
Of course! Cold-pressed juice and bone broth are pure forms of nutrition! Our founder’s daughter, Whitney has grown up on our Cold-Pressed Juices + our Bone Broths!
Can I freeze your juices?
We don’t freeze the juice, but you are welcome to experiment! We recommend pouring a little off the top to avoid expansion in freeze ?
How many calories are in your juice and broth?
Although we do not bee-lieve in calorie-counting as an accurate measure of one’s overall health, we know this is a habit for some. Our juice + broth is designed with quality ingredients and small batch preparation. Our cleanses are designed to provide your body + mind with an awakening experience into new healthy habits! With that said, our liquid products can range from 50-300 whole food, bio-available, easily digestible, no additives preservatives, or chemical emulsifying calories! This includes our raw juices, bone broths, nut milks, and snacks. If you like the ingredients you see listed very clearly on all of our packaging, chances are your body will love the TLC.
How long is my juice good for?
We recommend enjoying our juice within 3-4 days of purchase to ensure it’s amazing flavor, but our quality is assured for 5 days!

How do you recommend best incorporating bone broth into one’s diet?
Everyone’s needs are unique but we love to suggest starting with sampling all of our broths (shop here).
What does omega 6:3 balanced bone broth mean?
It has been determined that the benefits to balancing the Omega 6 to Omega 3 EFA ratio (essential fatty acids) in one’s diet through the foods obtained are crucial to overall health. Our body does not produce these essential fatty acids on it’s own, so we need to obtain them from our foods. Unfortunately, our modern diets give us abundant access to Omega 6, which can lead to an imbalance in Omega 3, leading to inflammation + disease.
Former Division 1 Athlete + Founder, Annie Parks was determined to apply her knowledge in Kinesiology + Integrative Nutrition to design products that would truly help perform + recover throughout life with a focus on balancing essential fatty acids in one’s diet. We like to think it is nice to consume products with the intention to perform + evolve with you throughout life!

Where is your product made?
Please come see us juicing 7 days per week (mostly early morning to mid afternoon) at our Metro Centre location. We have a special bar just for observing our processes!

Infrared Sauna
How do I book an infrared sauna?
Just BUZZ us a text to 309.427.0833 and we will secure your next sweat sesh for either 30 min or 60 min!
What do I wear and/or bring?
You do you. Wear your birthday suit or swimsuit! We provide complimentary towels + water, but also suggest bringing your own water especially if you are doing the deep sweat detox 60 min session.
What should I eat or drink post-sweat session?
Timing is everything and it would BEE ideal to grab and raw juice, coconut, or bone broth within 30 minutes to revitalize + maximize your experience!
Can I take selfies in the sauna?

Shipping
How do you ship frozen bone broth?
We pack our frozen goods in an insulated shipping box with enough dry ice to keep the contents perfectly frozen well into the evening of the delivery date. It gets colder inside that box than it does in your freezer: -109.3°F. Freeze or refrigerate immediately.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer flat-rate shipping in the United States based on the zip code of your shipping destination. To view our rates please visit our Shipping page.
Where all can you ship? Do you deliver to the West Coast?
We ship broth to all 50 United States and the District of Columbia, via UPS.
We do not ship internationally at this time, sorry.
