Each week, our Tiny but Mighty team members check online orders, and pack yellow branded boxes with insulated coolers, dry ice, and your broth order. We ship out all online orders Mondays-Wednesdays every week but we do our best to accommodate your needs.

All shipping is 1-3 day transit time depending on zone, we always choose what will arrive quickest if price allows, but shipping rates do change often. All packages are packed with dry ice to ensure products arrive frozen and/or very cold.
We package frozen goods in an insulated shipping cooler box with enough gel packs to keep your frozen broth frozen! On occasion, our Certified Plant broth bags can get wounded in transit and our Worker Bees are diligent to hand craft + inspect each bag for delivery; however, it can happen!
