Each week, our Tiny but Mighty team members check online orders, pack yellow branded boxes with insulated coolers, dry ice, and your broth order. We ship out all online orders Mondays-Wednesdays every week and you will receive a text directly from our Concierge Team once your order is placed.

All shipping is 1-3 day transit time depending on zone, we always choose what will arrive quickest if price allows, but shipping rates do change often. All packages are packed with dry ice to ensure products arrive frozen and/or very cold.
PRODUCT INSPECTION
We thoughtfully inspect + package our freshly frozen broths in an insulated shipping cooler box with dry ice. On occasion, our Certified Plant broth bags can get wounded in transit. If you receive a punctured bag of broth: please snap a quick pic and text our Concierge Line at 309-427-0833.
